Salvatore Conti

Principal, Co-Founder

Mr. Conti is an expert systems integrator for the security, life safety and electronic systems industries who has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver the correct, cost effective solution for even the most challenging customer needs. Mr. Conti’s education and career as an electrical engineer has allowed him to design new and specialized custom systems in order to satisfy specific and specialized market needs. Mr. Conti has a successful history of organizing projects ranging from software, hardware and systems design to next generation wireless networks and VoIP carrier grade network deployments.

Previously as the Director of Engineering and Operations for Congruency, Inc., Mr. Conti was responsible for developing and implementing a network of large scale POPs (points of presence) to provide high availability, scalability and the distribution of enhanced VoIP telephony services across the United States. Mr. Conti worked extensively with Linux OS, VoIP and traditional telecommunications systems while designing and implementing a High Availability server solution running Congruency’s software to ensure 99.99% uptime.

Mr. Conti holds a masters degree in computer engineering and a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Manhattan College, NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems at Level IV and FCC GROL MP and PG for radio communications equipment. He also holds several licenses to install Security, Life Safety and Low Voltage Systems in NY, NJ and CT.

Simon Lopes

Principal, Co-Founder

Mr. Lopes is an experienced Software Engineer with proven expertise in TCP/IP networking, object oriented design concepts and design patterns. Throughout his career, Mr. Lopes has created and developed robust software and complex systems on various platforms.

During his tenure with Congruency, Inc., Mr. Lopes was involved in all aspects of software development, requirements gathering and analysis, Graphical User Interface design, coding, analysis, testing and documenting. He led several 3rd party integration efforts; developed client/server applications; developed custom web-based applications; aided in the design and deployment of a fault tolerant, high availability VoIP services based infrastructure; and was responsible for the design of LAN, WAN and VPN solutions.

Mr. Lopes holds a Masters in Computer Science from New York University, and a Bachelor in Mathematics and Computer Science from Manhattanville College, NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems. He also holds a license to install Security, Surveillance and Fire systems in NY.
